I love these shoes. I want them. These are exactly the kind of shoes I tend to stalk - shoes that will make me many inches taller, and in my mind, thinner and more glamorous as well.
They're Belle by Sigerson Morrison, and I found them at 6pm.com.
Seriously. I come across shoes like these, and then I look them up almost daily, consider putting them on my bank card and not confessing it to my husband...and then practicality (not to mention honesty) gets the better of me and I do nothing. And then they run out of my size and I'm relieved.
I won't buy these shoes, because, at $192, they're out of my budget. I couldn't wear them to work, and I don't go out a whole lot anymore.
So it's not like I could even justify the expense by amortizing them. Because really, if something is expensive but you wear it 795 times, it comes out to pennies per wear, no?
I have to say, though, that the clothing that I've bought that seemed too expensive at the time, that I loved too much to pass up, has tended to be the clothing I've gotten ridiculous amounts of use out of. However, those pieces have tended to be of a much more practical nature than these shoes.
So I stalk. Am I alone in this?
