LUSHERS! I need your help! Time is of the essence! I'm going away in a few weeks to see some (ok, 59!) friends in New Orleans and I have almost all my outfits planned. The one key piece that is missing is a pair of skinny ankle-length black pants. You know the kind: looks fantastic with heels, flats, AND tucked into boots. They probably also have a bit of stretch to them to so they don't sag in the rear halfway through the day and don't emphasize the tummy. Preferably not black denim since they tend to fade. Do you know where these pants exist? Extra credit if there is a petite option since I'm 5'2", 120 (ahem) lbs. (on a REALLY good day).

Any of these might work but if you have a secret store that you would be willing to share, PLEASE let me know. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
OMG OMG!!! i'm the same size as you and got the cutest pair from old navy.. they have a nice strech to them and were about $30. I want to go but every color they have

I know know you said NO DENIM, but I really love these. Don't freak out about the juniors/jeggings labels. They seriously look great on mommies too (and I had to size down). 5'3' 128 (good day) and I wear a size 5 in the black.
Hubs calls them my "good butt pants" so they have to be doing something right. And they come in short length. Found mine at Macys, but I know Kohls carries them too.

My Costco has Calvin Klein brand skinny, stretchy black pants for around $20. They aren't ankle length however, would either need to be cuffed or hemmed. Super cute and comfortable.

For the purposes you want, the Athleta ones are going to be way too casual. I like J Crew Minnies, but the Gap ones look like they would work too. Banana Republic used to have some pants that seem to be what you want. Good luck!

I second the Levis 535. I'm 5'4" and the short length is perfect for flats. Sadly they do fade but if you can't find anything before your trip, they'll definitely work.

I absolutely love Wit & Wisdom Jeggings (available at Nordie's). They are the perfect balance between jeans and leggings (look like jeans, feel like leggings). I have them in the dark blue wash and just bought another pair in black.
