I am a huge fan of drugstore makeup (and by "drugstore" makeup I mean "cheap" makeup.) I end up hating most of the products I buy (due to my annoyingly sensitive eyes and skin) and it stings a lot less to have a drawer of unused drugstore makeup than a drawer full of discarded designer products.
Elizabeth compared the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain (stupidest product name ever? I think so) to the Tarte Lipsurgence Lip Stain and her conclusion that the Revlon product is just as good as the more expensive product (but is a third of the price!) prompted me to give it a try.
I bought the "Honey" shade and it's the perfect light, neutral pink. It's more of a balm than I was expecting but the minty tingle makes it feel more like a nice thick lip balm than a too-thick lipstick. I was conscious of it on my lips but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Overall, it's a good drugstore product that delivers what it promises.
