I've recently found a store that I'm really enjoying...have you ever been into a Langford Market? Unfortunately, they don't have much of a website currently (Strange, huh? It is 2012, is it not?) so I can't tell you too much about the company or its locations. From what I understand though, there are several stores here in Texas, one in New Orleans and one in Chicago. I find it to be like a more affordable, sometimes more realistic version of Anthropologie. It has the same vibe as an Anthropologie store--with the rustic furnishings and the boutique-y style of merchandising.
The sales staff is very helpful and friendly without being too pushy. When I was there recently, on my way back to the fitting room to try on a few tops, the sales associate handed me another top to try on that she thought I might like. Turns out, that was the one top that I ended up buying. I appreciated the fact that she nailed my style in one fell swoop and also didn't try to push me out of my budget comfort zone. I have a feeling that this will be my new go-to place for something to spice up my wardrobe. They also have fun jewelry and other accessories.
This dress is calling to me..."Wear me this Fall"
I'm "Facebook friends" with my local Langford Market and it appears as though they're often hosting happy hours and other fun excuses to come and shop at their store. They also post (almost) daily pictures of new pieces and offer up ideas on how to wear them. Right now, they're posting lots of good pictures of how to merge your Summer and Fall wardrobes.
Have you ever shopped at Langford Market?
