Drugstore Find: N.Y.C. High Definition Liquid Eyeliner

I decided to try other N.Y.C. products after falling in love with their lengthening mascara and I'm so glad I did. N.Y.C. High Definition Liquid Eyeliner is the easiest, cheapest, longest lasting liquid eyeliner I've ever used.

It's also the only liquid eyeliner I've ever used.

You guys, I am bad at applying eyeliner. I cannot even tell you how bad. Liquid eyeliner is so far beyond my makeup applying capabilities that it's not even funny. 

This eyeliner is foolproof. The applicator is shaped like a pen so you literally draw the eyeliner on instead of trying to apply it with a fussy little brush at the end of a long stick. The formula is smudge-proof and long-wearing. The best part? It costs less than $4.

i needed some new eyeliner and was eyeing the maybelline sharpie eyeliner but opted for this one after reading this review. it definitely isnt intense in color as any other eyeliners ive tried. i dont know if mine was defective and maybe dried out when i applied it, because the color was so dull. when i moved away from the mirror it looked fine and didnt appear dull though only when upclose it did and kinda looked sheer.and i tried layering and it didnt seem to make a difference. but i cant complain to much its the first eyeliner ive worn that hasnt smudge or came off and has lasted all day. i definitely think its worth the few bucks that i paid for it.
