Editor's note: Leah received a Petite Lemon growth chart independently of Style Lush and we're excited for her write-up! Other than the free product, Leah (nor Style Lush) was compensated in any way for this post.

Since we brought him home from the hospital, we’ve been keeping track of our son’s length/height on the jamb of the front door, since that’s where the previous owner’s son (Arlo!) was keeping track of his own growth. For strict recordkeeping purposes alone, this method works just fine and dandy, but it isn’t very attractive and it isn’t much of a keepsake considering we’re not likely to live in this old house forever and ever or rip out the door frame to take it with us when we eventually move.
Several months ago I got an email from Citrus Lane (like Birchbox for kids age 0 to 3) asking if I’d like a sample product from a company they were working with called Petite Lemon. The latter specializes in custom items (art, stationery, clothing) for kids, and once I saw this growth chart, I knew I had to have it.
They sent me the fancy deluxe one made of canvas ($50), but you can get one for a little over half that price ($30) made out of poster paper too.
Petite Lemon has a ton of growth charts of all styles (boys, girls, neutral, busy, simple, themes), but this is obviously the best. It reminds me of the one Mary Poppins pulls out of her carpetbag but is even better because it has something nice to say about your kid at every height (even when you don't).
