My husband and I celebrated our ten year anniversary (YEA!) last weekend with a rare getaway to San Francisco. We had not been anywhere alone since before our 3rd child was born 14 months ago. To say it was well-needed, is an understatement!
While staying in San Francisco, we spent a little time browsing and shopping. It seems both are a rarity these days! I was looking for a dress to wear out that evening or a pair of designer jeans. I own three pair, currently. Two pair are over 8 years old and the other one was purchased after kid number two in 2008.
I first found this dress. Actually, my husband saw it on the rack first. It was cute, but not exactly what I was looking for. We were headed out for dinner and drinks on the town with a group of friends to celebrate. I couldn't get it out of my mind while trying on a few other dresses, so on it went!
As you can see, it's a darling dress. It looks darling on and it's flattering all in the right places. The hot pink belt is the perfect accessory to this one-of-a-kind look. Luckily I didn't have to wait too long to wear it. On Sunday I had a baby girl baby shower to attend, so this was the perfect outfit for the occasion!
