I recently made a decorative clipboard at my mothers meeting and had great plans for its use. I thought I could give it to my child's teacher as an end of the year gift, or I could keep it for myself and stay very organized heading into summer activities.
What I didn't plan on was my 4 year old taking my lovely clipboard and acting out scenes from his Preschool day in and day out. I haven't seen my clipboard in awhile, but I do know they are easy to make and quite stylish to boot!
Now, over at Martha Stewart's website, you can make several and hang them from your "office" wall and stay extremely organized while giving your room a cool flare all at the same time. Exact instructions on how to decoupage the clipboards can be found here as well.
Here is the one I made. I used two different scrapbook designs. I began to put the second design up top to hide the brown under the clip, but liked the look of it, so I finished off my board with a triangular shape on each corner.
