Yes, my kid is cute and my phone is filled to the brim with pictures of him but that doesn't mean that I want my lock screen and home screen to feature his adorable chubby-cheeked grin. Maybe I want my lock screen to tell me I'm a rock star and my home screen to be bold and colourful without distracting me from my icons.
