I live in the Pacific Northwest, where no one owns an umbrella because we've just given up and chosen hairstyles that look ok damp.
Kids around here play outside even in rainy weather, and their clothes, of course, become drenched. And when we take them on walks in the stroller, their wet jeans ride up and their ankles get cold and everyone is whining and why do I live here again?
Because smart people who can sew live here too, and they come up with good ideas like these cute toddler pants.
They're hand-sewn, from high-quality water-resistant fabric, lined with soft recycled t-shirts. They are extra long with cuffs at the bottom that can be rolled down when it's time to climb in the stroller or get in the carrier. They are also adorable (hedgehogs on the pockets!) and come with a repair guarantee - if they rip, send them back and the vendor will repair them for free.
