The holiday party season is fast approaching, which means it is time to start thinking about pretty party nails. I've picked ten favorite nail polishes, perfect for tree trimming shindigs to New Year's Eve soirees.
Deborah Lippmann, Shake Your Groove Thing
Deborah Lippmann, Today was a Fairytale
Butter LONDON, The Black Knight
Deborah Lippmann, Believe Cher
Do you have a favorite holiday nail color?

I'm trying to get my hands on some of the new Muppets Collection of OPI polishes...they're fabulous!! Also, sold out in my area. *frowny face*

OH! The Muppets Collection by OPI! Every single one of them is FABULOUS! I am wearing the "Warm & Fozzie" today, and it's perfect for Thanksgiving I think - a really warm gold/coppery tone with shimmer. I love it.
I also bought a few others that I can't remember the names of, but in general they're all perfect for parties.
I love that "Today Was A Fairytale" color - am going to have to pick that one up.

Aerie/American Eagle sold some nail polishes last year with names like Joy, Hope, Love, etc. I forget what the red is called but it's the perfect holiday red! A little deeper than true red with a touch of shimmer! I'll be so sad when I'm through with my bottle since they don't carry it anymore. (Though they do have a color called Champagne Shimmer that looks very pretty.)
My other favorite color right now has nothing to do with the holidays, but it's gorgeous. Sally Hansen's Diamond Strength in Save the Date. It's a dark plummy-red color. More purple than red, but not purple. I can't explain it, I just love it!
