My daughter was born in October.
And this, in our family anyway, automatically qualifies her as a Halloween baby.
It also doesn't hurt that her first favorite movie was Nightmare Before Christmas, or that she loves creepy jack-o-lanterns, skulls, and ghosts.
So, when planning her birthday party this year, I took to Pinterest for ideas. And seriously, you creative types came through for me, as usual...

I also have plans involving white balloons and a helium tank, as well as a wall full of black bat decals and some foam ghosts, and my husband is working out some cake ideas that include a set of movie miniatures we picked up on sale at the Disney store, but we'll see how this all plays out in the end.
Of course, since my daughter is going to be two, she's not going to care about any of this at all, except for maybe the helium balloons, but I'm having fun with it, so that's what matters.
Right?

Oh, how fun! I'm moving to Atlanta so that we can come. =)
