Would you like to see a really smart, really cheap, really NO DUH idea that organizes a cabinet AND buys you more space in it? Yes? Of course you would.
Run up to Walmart or Target and hit the window treatment aisle. Buy a smallish tension rod for a couple of bucks. Hang it in a cabinet under a sink. Hang your spray bottles on it. Marvel at how much easier it is to see the contents of the bottles and grab them quickly without sticking your entire head in the cabinet.
