When I first moved in with my husband, over eleven years ago, he owned a waffle iron (and little else.) It was old, dingy and took forever to be cleaned after one use. We got rid of it after a move or two and never thought much about making waffles again. We’ve upgraded our pancake griddle in the past couple of years, but still no waffle iron.
Until now.
Presto 03510 FlipSide Belgian Waffle Maker
The kids, especially the 5 yr old, LOVE these waffles. It takes 3 minutes to make, while flipping it halfway through the cooking process. One waffle is too big for me to eat, so you can definitely feed a family of 4, no problem. (EVEN with three males of all sizes!) Lately, we’ve been adding blueberries and pecans to our batter.
Once you EASILY clean the grill, you can store it standing upright. It takes up little to no room, which is great since I really have no room left in any corner of my kitchen. It makes weekend mornings that much more enjoyable being able to make something fun and different.
Plus, who doesn’t like BELGIAN waffles? mmmm.

I asked for this for Christmas after you posted it on your blog, and I LOVE it. I can't recommend it any more, everything you said is totally true. It's great.

Mmmm...I just bought my first waffle maker. It's a double waffle maker and its so much faster than using the toaster. Love.
