A chunky red coral necklace has been on my wish list for years. Seriously, YEARS. I'm getting thisclose to buying one before summer arrives. I just think it would be the perfect accessory for so many things: simple tank tops and cotton skirts, jeans and dressy blouses, sundresses... actually, I think if I end up buying one (which I will, I just have to make it look like I'm only CONSIDERING buying one so my husband doesn't give me the Eye of Disapproval) I'll wear it all the time, even to bed. I think it goes perfectly with understated neutral tones (browns, taupes, greys) as well as with bright turquoise blues and yellows. And of course, it would accent a white tee perfectly.
Now, which to choose? Oh, Lordy, if only cost were no option...
1: Coral Cowgirl by CarolineChance, $128

I like 6 and it's totally affordable.

Number 5 is making me cry with its beauty. But $125 for a necklace? I just can't!

#3!!! And I'm glad to see this post while I'm smack in the middle of ordering beads from my supplier, because now of course I need some red coral. If you're feeling crafty, I think these (http://www.firemountaingems.com/details.asp?PN=H204428NB) and these (http://www.firemountaingems.com/details.asp?PN=H206836CL) look like good buys. They've got hundreds of options to choose from though!

Option 7: SQUEE. I am in love.

Um, I hate to admit this because it makes me sound like a stalker, but I have been looking for a red necklace just like that ever since I saw a picture of you on some blog at Blogher like three years ago wearing a red necklace and looking sassy!
And I can never ever find one that I like, so it's been this ongoing quest forever.
Number Six just might have to be mine.

OMG you guys are putting me in COMPETITION MODE. What if someone buys these before I can? WHAT IF??
For the record, I think I've decided I want #3 the most, but if cost were no option, I'd have #5 and #7 in my hot little hands in NO TIME.

Also Elizabeth!
This is the necklace I was wearing in that picture. (I remember which one you are talking about, I am just not sure about the sassiness.) They still sell it at Target and I still love it!!

Number SIX is on my list. That's GORGEOUS. In fact, I think I should buy it before I have maternity and family photos done, so that I can wear it with the frilly white shirt I bought special for the pictures. Sigh.

DROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.
I can't pick. Yes. To all of them. OH GOD it's like SOPHIE'S CHOICE, EMILY.

I like #1 and #3 would be my second choice. Not to throw another one in the mix, but I've had my eye on this one from Stella & Dot. http://tinyurl.com/yz45w98 So cute! But I could buy everything from that website if money was no object.

"I'll wear it all the time. Even to bed." Ha! You sound like a little girl trying to convince her parents to buy her a pony or something. So cute. I think I'd go for #6. #7 - awesome, minus the pricetag. And #5 would be too much for me (not only because of the price) but would be super cute for 4th of July stuff because it kinda works, you know?

#3. Quick, buy it!!!

As the designer of #6, I have to say you guys have MADE my day!

Oooh #7. Me likey lots! Turquoise and red is SUCH a great color combination. Somehow, weirdly, this would go with EVERYTHING.

I loved #6 so much that I ordered it today! Thank you so much for this post! I've been needing a little pick me up (it's been a third trimester, trying to sell the house, sick toddler drama kind of week) and this will definitely cheer me up!

I like 1 and 3... and actually, I like 3 better and it's a more reasonable price.. so 3!

Thanks for the love! I will have more coral soon, so check back... I am planning a chunky coral chip necklace that I am excited about; although i may have to keep it if it comes out like I plan in my head! ~Denise
