I didn't dress up for Halloween this year, but my favorite was my 9 month old son's costume as a lion. He was ferociously cute! So I'm biased...

My favorite costume would have to be the time I dressed up as the bride of frankenstein, people didn't even recognize me!

I didn't dress up, but my favorite costume so far is the kangaroo one my daughter wore last year. So cute!

Does a haggard housewife count? ;o)

I wore a sparkly pumpkin short from Target and called it festive. I was room mom for my sons 4 year old preschool party.

I'll answer both... I dressed up as a little girl this year (in pajamas, monkey slippers, pigtails, and freckles, carrying a teddy bear and a large lollipop).

My favorite costume was a huge dinosaur costume, worn by both my sons (now teens) when they were little. It was made by a friend and had spikes all along the top of the head, down the back, and down the tail that dragged the ground. Authentic! They loved it.

My favorite costume will always be when I was Belle. My mom made the dress and a tutu to make it "poofy." I still have it and my future daughter will wear it and LOVE it!

I dressed up as Asian Reporter Tricia Takanawa from Family Guy (my Quahog News microphone didn't stop people from thinking I was Connie Chung!)

Last year I went with my roommate as Mrs White and Ms. Scarlet from Clue. We even had candlesticks and wrenches as our weapons of choice.

i avoided the dressing up this year (i know, i am lame) but my nephew was a little lobster and oh my goodness-- i already wanted to eat him he was so adorable but he was the cutest lobster EVER. :)

Those are so adorable!

I didn't dress up for Halloween. I don't really enjoy dressing up, but I think my favorite was when I dressed all in black in college and went as someone's shadow. Which only lasted about 10 minutes until I found the keg!

i dressed up as a hospital patient and my husband went as the doctor. it was kinda fitting since i just got over the flu. :(

i had two costumes this year: the planned one was tonya harding (real ice skating getup from ebay; skates over shoulder; blonde wig; metal pipe) and the last-minute-crap-another-party?? costume: plaxico burress (plax jersey, toy gun in waistband, fake blood leg wound on thigh). i am pretty much in love with both of them. and OH MY do i want something Holly's store...!!

Well. Considering I'll be having a baby next Thursday, I thought it would be cute if I went out and bought myself an orange t-shirt and put a big jack-o-lantern face on the belly so that I could be a Waddling Jack-O-Lantern as I walked my kids around the neighborhood. BUT. Between moving this thursday and delivering my boy next Thursday, getting the job done on the t-shirt was the last of my worries. I did realize yesterday, though, that I could have made a GREAT old man. All I'd need is some suspenders to hold up my giant pants over my giant belly. Ha. That would have been cute.

My KIDS though. THEY were adorable as a tiger and roaring zebra. And that made me quite happy.

...as would winning a pair of those lovely earrings! Count me in!

I love dressing up for Halloween! I run a 5K in costume every year.

This time around, I was the Wicked Witch of the East. (That's the one who got squashed by Dorothy's house).

I painted my running shoes red (and sprayed with red glitter), and work black and white striped tights.

I wore a box crafted to look like a house, and made a tornado hat. Fun! And I actually ran a pretty good race :)

I was a snuggie! It was warm and awesome!

I was Dorothy from Kansas.

I threw on my scrubs this year and grabbed a toy stethoscope and went as a doctor. KInd of dull, but it worked.

I was a robber this year--all black, black skullcap, black mask. Not too inspired. My favorite costumes of the past were Bonnie of Bonnie and Clyde (Faye Dunaway version) and the Girl with the Pearl Earring--I carried an empty frame around all night and my husband was Vermeer.

this is beyond cool! My maiden name is Coyne, so I rather like coins in jewelry!

My favorite costume was when I wore my husband's army fatigues last year. They were a favorite out of vanity though; I was pregnant and somehow able to fit into my much skinnier husband's uniform regardless!

Last year, while I was pregnant, I was definitely Virgin Mary for Halloween... I know. The sacrilege.

Beautiful work!

I was not anything this Halloween, but once in college, I was a blind ghost. I didn't want to cut holes in my new white sheets.

my favourite costume is my Batman costume (I was 5 years old. I haven't been able to top it.)

I dressed up as salt. All white with a tin foil shaker hat.

I didn't dress up this year, but my fave year was when I dressed up as Buffy the Vampire Slayer. From the SERIES, not the movie ;)

I have two kids and a mostly full-time job, so I have to get out the door quickly in the morning. For me, it’s helpful to have a go-to formula outfit.

My greatest style "trick" is just trying to feel confident in who I am. Sure I love clothes, fashion, design and putting outfits together, but the best part of all of these is when they make me feel good about myself.
